The INNO-VEG project aims to accelerate experimental techniques using new R&D technologies in potatoes but also in field vegetables for the benefit of researchers and farmer-researchers. The project, which ended this year, after 4 years of fruitful collaboration, is rich in results and lessons that we would like to share with you during a day dedicated to potato phenotyping. This face-to-face event will be an opportunity to review the results of the INNO-VEG project on the use of different types of sensors and vegetation indices and to demonstrate these innovations to you.

Objective of the webinar :

  • Promote exchanges between the various agricultural actors (farmers, technicians, researchers, economic actors, companies) around the theme of phenotyping in potato cultivation
  • Present an overview of the results of the INNO-VEG project and future work envisaged

Unfolded :

  • reception 9:30 a.m.
  • indoors: 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.:
    • Introduction and presentation of the INNO-VEG project
    • Presentation of the tests conducted as part of the project
    • Farmer-led research: recommendations and advice
    • Economic perspective: cost-benefit analysis of sensor-based solutions
  • lunch 12 p.m.-1 p.m.: buffet
  • Demonstration activities 1:30 p.m.-4 p.m.:
    • visits to the test platform
